In a land based on Persia, Prince Marin Parviz (par-veez) lives under the rule of Queen Afreen and her sister, Queen Golnar. Marin lives a quiet life until a chance encounter causes him to cross paths with a man imprisoned by the regime. Thanks to his secret visits to the palace underground, they grow closer and the Azardian prince learns of the corruption going on inside the palace's own walls.
